Community Fading Away
One of the biggest issues facing Scala right now is the community, specifically people using this language. Not too long ago, this language was gaining popularity at a fairly fast rate, since this language first appeared in 2004, it’s definitely had some time to mature. As of right now, it’s looking like Scala is somewhat fading away, not completely, but it does look like some of the users of Scala are jumping to other languages, check out this article below that talks a little bit more about this:
