So, let’s take a look at a few reasons why I dislike Scala in 2022.
Compiling Times
Another common criticism of Scala is the compilation time, what is compilation time? Since Scala is a compiled language, the speed in which the project is compiled is very crucial to the speed of the entire project, so the faster the run-time, the faster the project could be. If speed is one of the most important aspects of your project, you may want to use a different language than Scala.
