What is the hardest programming language?
Welcome back! A question I’ve always asked myself was “what is the hardest programming language?”, and to be honest, it’s a very subjective question, a programming language that’s hard for me maybe easy for someone else. From my experience, a language is mostly considered hard to me, if the language has a high barrier of entry, what does this mean? Well, if a programming language requires a specific hardware to use, or even if it requires a licensing fees, these languages can be a bit hard to get into, one language that sticks out to me immediately is MATLAB.
What is MATLAB? It’s essentially a language that excels in matrix manipulation, plotting data, creating user interfaces, and so much more, but it’s not perfect. One of the toughest things to swallow about this programming language is the licensing fee’s, an annual license is $860, and a permanent license is $2150:
Although the language itself isn’t commonly known as a hard language to learn, the barrier of entry for this programming language is fairly high…
