This New Programming Language Is Better Than Rust & C++
Welcome back! A new programming language is here, and it’s actually a new one developed out by Google! This specific language is called Carbon, and it’s supposed to be an experimental upgrade to the C++ programming language, here is a link to their GitHub page if you are very new to this language:
First of all, the Carbon team mentions that the speed of this language is amazing, in face, they mention that it performs just as well as C++:
On top of this, you can also interoperate your existing C++ code with this language as well!
On top of that, one of the biggest hurdles with C++ was the learning curve, it’s definitely a complicated programming language, but Carbon is going to try to fix this:
They also mention towards the end of the page exactly how they see Carbon being implemented in the future, pretty much being the successor to C++:
