This Is What Microsoft Uses Rust For

Welcome back! Microsoft is a massive company that develops both hardware and software products, so, let’s take a look at a few ways Microsoft uses the programming language Rust!

Software Engineering

One of the biggest areas Microsoft uses Rust is for their software engineering projects, I also noticed that a bunch of their Rust positions for software engineers required more than 7 years of experience.

Program Management

Another career which uses Rust at Microsoft is program management, although there weren’t a ton of these positions, I’m still surprised that there were several different program management positions that required experience with this language.
