This is what Microsoft uses Python for

Welcome back! Recently, we’ve talked about what programming languages massive companies use, now let’s get into a bit more detail, let’s talk about exactly why Microsoft uses Python. Now, the process of me finding these projects was by going to their careers page, looking at relevant positions and seeing exactly which ones required Python:

Software Engineering

First up we have software engineering, Microsoft (much like other companies) utilize Python to develop out a bunch of software. Now, Microsoft does require experience with other languages as well (including Java, Go and C++), so what makes Python different? Well, Python has several web frameworks available, including Flask and Django, making it an awesome language for both software engineering and web development.
