The top complaints of Tesla employees
Welcome back! Tesla is a massive company which employees thousands of people world wide but just like any other companies there are complaints from the employees, let’s go ahead and take a look at some of the most common complaints that Tesla employees have. Starting off, the way I found these complaints was by going over to Glassdoor.com and searching through the lowest rated reviews given by Tesla employees:

Long Hours
One of the most common complaints was the long hours, this was noted in 344 review on this website:
This could essentially mean sometimes putting in more than 40 hours of work a week, they also mention working on weekends to meet goals.
