Interestingly enough, Netflix just did something very random, they actually built out a framework for data scientists! I know, very random, but the project seems pretty interesting. This project is called Metaflow, they claim it makes it quick and easy to build and manage real-life data science projects, check out their website below:
Now, there are a few key points of this framework, it allows you to use very popular packages like TensorFlow, Scikit Learn, and it even allows you to use R as well!
