Welcome back! Go (or Golang) is a very versatile language with tons of capability, so let’s talk about some of the best ways that you can make side income with your Go experience!
Blogging About Go
First up we have blogging, this is one of the most basic methods out there but really the main way i’ve made substantial revenue outside of my job. This process essentially requires you to write about what you're passionate about, whether thats web development, programming, or your favorite ice cream, there are people out there who probably want to hear what you have to say. The platform that I use is Medium (probably the website you’re reading this from), but any platform can work, just start writing about what you’re passionate about, in this specific case it would be about Go, but what is there to even talk about? Well, you can build out some tutorials of some Go projects, you can talk about any updates to the Go language, whatever it is I would highly consider blogging about your Go experience.
