Guess what!? Flutter just got another big update! This time around, Flutter is allowing us to build applications on an OS that we’ve been wanting for a long time, Windows! A few days ago, the Flutter team released this article explaining this new update in detail:

Within this article, they explain how there are nearly half a million apps that use Flutter, they also showcase some of the most popular analysts apps as well!
Later on in the article, the Flutter team tells us that we will have the ability of developing Windows applications by using Flutter, this is awesome news! There are a few packages that are specifically tailored for Windows development, these are fluent_ui and flutter_acrylic. Interestingly enough, the Flutter team then showcase some examples of Windows applications that could be built out:
Without a doubt, this is an awesome update to Flutter, and I can’t wait to see more Windows applications built out with this software!
