A New Programming Language Is Here

Welcome back! Programming is one of the best skillsets to have, so, let’s take a look at a new programming language that you should definitely check out! This specific programming language is called Mojo, and it’s a language that tries bridging the gap between research and production! As of right now, this language isn’t quite open-source, but over time the Mojo team plans on completely opening up this language for other developers to use! This language was completely built on top of Python, however, this language does have a few unique features up its sleeve! For starters, this language allows you to run your files by using the fire emoji extension! Here is an example:

Also, this language has a ton of overlap with Python, you can see how a basic function that declares variables essentially looks like:

The Mojo team also claims they can deliver up to 35,000 times the speed of Python for certain tasks, however, I would be very skeptical of that specific claim. If you actually want to get started with learning Mojo, you can use the following link to jump straight to their tutorial:
